The Support Activity Reports are currently inoperable due to this upgrade and we will work on getting this re-instated in the 2024. In the meantime, we will do our best to alert you when support allowance has been reached or exceeded. Feel free to just ask for a report if you want to check.</p>\n<p><b>Price increases</b><br> Prices are increasing for all Agileware services and will be applied to the upcoming subscription renewal.
